My son, Devlin turned 8 years old yesterday, making it his golden birthday (8 on Nov. 8)
We had a fun party for his friends last Sunday at the YMCA - the kids went swimming, jumped in a bouncy house, and partied in the party room. A good time was had by all. Especially by my Angry Birds fan.
I CASE'd the card by fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Maria Cameron. My bird is slightly off scale (LOL)... but I kind of like how HUGE he is, it gives him character and he's sure to get some pigs at that size!
For my card, I used Stampin' Up!'s Recordable Stampin' Sound Cards. I found a clip of "The Bird is the Word" sung by Peter on the Family Guy and recorded 10 seconds of the audio onto my card. Devlin LOVED it and pressed the play button for most of the afternoon. The option to record was a great way to personalize my card.

Inside of Card
I punched a hole in my Garden Green polka dotted DSP and popped up the Wish Big sentiment on Stampin' Dimensionals. This way the audio comes through loud & clear. The holes are beneath the round orange circle, with a bit of a gap provided by the Dimensionals. I also covered my record button to prevent the temptation to record over the current audio.
What do you think? How could YOU use a Recordable Stampin' Sound Card?
