With a steady hand and a stamp-a-ma-jig, I created this fun card.

Well, I really only used the stamp-a-ma-jig on the lower right image (beneath the heart).  I CASE'd this cute card, that you'll see on page 60 of the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog.

Happy Birthday, Jessica

Here's a birthday card and gift I put together for my Sister-in-Law, Jessica.

The 3 x 3 cards were one of the make & takes from Convention 2009.  I thought she'd enjoy these little note cards.

Below is a photo of wrapped Hershey nuggets in a hinged tin.  I stamped the "chocolate" image on Avery Mailing Labels (size 8160) and wrapped each one. 

This was a personalized, fun, easy, and inexpensive gift to make.  Sometimes, you make something and it's almost too hard to give away.  This was one of those gifts.

Using the Cool Kids Simply Scrappin' Kit I began my layout for this 8" x 8" page.

The paper in this kit comes sized 12" x 12" but can be easily trimmed to work for a 6" x 6" book. 

The Crushed Curry mat you see is the piece from the Cool Kids kit.  I simply mounted it on Brocade Blue and Ruby Red to adjust to fit an 8" x 8" scrapbook.

Things I Love Make & Take

Here's another make & take we did at Convention... one I actually completed on-site. 

This one uses the stamp set Things I Love (item #115229, $15.95, set of 6 images)

Now, I'll be honest - when I first saw this set I wasn't an instant fan.  Personally, I am not big on new shoes, really don't enjoy shopping (at least for clothes) and am not a huge fan of chocolate (I know ... gasp!). 

BUT after inking this up at our make & take - I quickly started to enjoy the images.  Whether the things you love include chocolate, new shoes, or shopping - you are sure to enjoy this set for yourself or to use as a gift for others.
