How cute are these little treat holders!!?? (click to enlarge) Individual shots can be viewed in My Kreations Gallery.
I found this easy to follow tutorial from Jamie, over at Stamping Mommy of 4. I've been dying to make use of it and I finally sat down to do so last night.
Let me tell you - this is the most fun I've had stamping in a long time! These came together quickly and the end result is SO adorable.
Think of the many uses for these holders. Hot cocoa, candy (like Jamie did), jewelry, or even Gingerbread cookies like I have here. Inside each holder is a small Stampin' Up! cello bag, that is stapled to the back side of the treat holder.
You can see the Pepperidge Farms Ginger Family cookies in this side view below.
I used the now retired "Deer Friends" stamp set (hostess level II) on this project. I LOVE this set and am really sad to see it retire. But, at the same time, that means new hostess sets are coming in the new Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog very soon!!
If you love Deer Friends too, or any other retired stamp set... now is the time to place your order.
Right now, you can save 10% on all retired stamp sets and get FREE shipping (on orders over $70.00).
TIP: Gather your friends & family and place an order together. What a great way to save.
