Thanks for the examples of your yummy looking cookies and your trick to stamp after rather than before baking. I making some today using the shortbread recipe that comes with the cookie stamps. I will leat you know how they turn out. Don't we have fun?!? TFS

You rock, Kris! TFS - I got the tip from Mary Fish and passed it along to my customers - I'm with you - I'm no baker and I even tried a ready-to-bake batch and it worked perfectly stamping them right out of the oven.
