Have you ever thought of paper piecing with line art stamp images?
That's just what I did here using the Greeting Card Kids stamp set by Stampin' Up! I'm not much of a watercoloring artist, but I say with confidence "I know how to cut!"
My little girl is donning an outfit from the Pawsitively Prints II designer series paper collection. How fun!
Awesome job cutting out your sweet girl! I can color better than I can cut...lol. Such a darling card!
