I created this card back in June for Father's Day.
It went to my father-in-law who enjoys foxes and I thought stamping the F from Vintage Vogue would be a cute touch.
This card reminds me of the movie, Fantastic Mr. Fox. Such a fun stop-motion animated movie. Our whole family really enjoyed watching it together.
I've been missing out on stamping time lately (and blogging time), but hope to get back into the swing of things very soon.

A simple sympathy card for someone who recently lost her husband to lung cancer.
It's always hard to make cards for such sad or traumatic occasions. Watercolor Trio (from the upcoming Summer Mini Catalog - May 1, 2010) seems to be the perfect stamp set for times like these. Soft, subtle images make it easy to create with just about any color combination.
Here I used Baja Breeze (which will make it's come back on July 1, 2010), Certainly Celery & So Saffron. All three colors will stick around through the Color Renovation.

Just a few simple cards to share using a soon-to-be-released stamp set called "In a Word".
This sentiment set plays on words to create short phrases. You'll notice the card above singles out the word "get" inside the word together = get together. This sentiment would be great on an invite for a girls night out!

As a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I am allowed to take part in a pre-order about one month before a new catalog is released.
The next catalog to be released is the 2010 Summer Mini. Customers will be able to order from it beginning May 1, 2010.
I pre-ordered a few things and played with my new order on Friday. On this card you'll see two sneak peeks ... one is the stamp set called Watercolor Trio and the other is Smooch Spritz in the color Gold Glow.
Watercolor Trio is not a set I would usually go for, but I loved the samples in the new catalog so much that I decided to go outside of my comfort zone. I can see so many possibilities with this set and look forward to exploring and creating.
The Smooch Spritz adds a bit of bling - the splash of gold was the perfect finishing touch on this card. I love it!
It's the first "official" holiday without my Mom. She always had a way of making every holiday extra special. But we'll be thinking of her and sending her love all day long.
I wish all of you a Happy Easter filled with family, love and warm memories.
