I've had a card idea rolling around in my head for about a week now.  This sketch provided the perfect layout for execution.

Using the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder, I created my two panels on the front of this card.  Dazzling Diamonds glitter was applied to each flowers center - but it's hard to see in the photo (click to enlarge).

The Pretty in Pink ribbon is now retired, but it was the perfect finishing touch for this card, so I just HAD to use it.

Build-a-Bear BOO!

I had so much fun last weekend creating some Halloween projects for the Holiday Hop.

This little project was dying to join the hop, but I decided to save it for a separate reveal. 

Using the silver tins, found in Stampin' Up!'s Clearance Rack, I created a magnetic Build-a-Bear dress up set.

This play set is fit for a boy or a girl with several mix and match options.  I created little tee's with the Build-a-Bear, Beary Essentials Bigz Die (item #117978, $23.95).  Last week, I shared with you the idea of these little tee's in this post.  

Well, ever since last Thursday, I have been thinking of ways to customize more tee's.  It was SO MUCH FUN!!

Get your hands on some of these tins today - before they're gone!  Did you see my tic-tac-bones play set using these tins?  Fun, fun, fun.  My son was drooling over my shoulder waiting to get his hands on it. 

I have more ideas in store, for example, I would like to make a custom photo frame for my desk at work.  Just have to get more time in my stamping space to create.

My submission for today is sweet and spooky (ok, not too spooky). 

Using the Build a Bear Stampin' Up! Bigz Die, I created a black bear in honor of Halloween.

I dressed Scary Beary in patterned pants using Cast-a-Spell designer series paper.  His custom made tee-shirt is stamped with an image from the Batty for You stamp set.   Notice his contrasting sleeves - I love that detail!

Inside this altered David Bacco chocolates box (see original box to the left) you'll find 8 Hershey's nuggets simply covered with designer series paper.  What a fun way to coordinate a gift, don't you think?

Here's a look at a two page spread using the Summer Home designer template. 

On these pages, I changed a few elements, added drop shadows everywhere (I love the drop shadows), and poof! I was done in a snap.

I created two full pages in less than an hour last night (you'll see the 2nd one tomorrow).  If I were to create these pages in traditional scrapbook form, it would have taken me twice as long.

Saving time is very important to me.  With all the roles I take on in life - Wife, Mommy, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Daughter ... time is of the essence.  When I finally get a chance to sit and create, I love that I can do so easily with My Digital Studio.
