Pals Paper Arts is waiting for you to come play!!
This weeks challenge is a color challenge.
The rules are simple:
- Create using the color combination above ... Brocade Blue, Crushed Curry, & Ruby Red (if you don't own these exact colors - improvise!)
- Upload your card to Pals Paper Arts by Tuesday, September 8 (Noon CST)
- If you upload to an online gallery, enter PPA6 in the keyword section
- Most importantly ... play, play, play!
Using the Cool Kids Simply Scrappin' Kit I began my layout for this 8" x 8" page.
The paper in this kit comes sized 12" x 12" but can be easily trimmed to work for a 6" x 6" book.
The Crushed Curry mat you see is the piece from the Cool Kids kit. I simply mounted it on Brocade Blue and Ruby Red to adjust to fit an 8" x 8" scrapbook.
In case you can't read my writing - my page reads:Things I love ...
- Your Daddy
- Sour Candy
- Dave Matthews Band
- Comfy Blankets
- Funny Movies
- Technology
- New Stamps
But most of all ... YOU! and then points to my now Kindergartner, Devlin. He is the center of my universe - that kid! Watch for more scrapbook pages to come, I'm really enjoying creating in this medium again.
Simply Scrappin' Kits are great for all levels of scrap-bookers. You can even create cool cards and other projects using these kits.
