The bags aren't completely full yet, but I haven't purchased all the contents. I plan to add some crayons (to color in the pirate images), a mini bottle of bubbles, and some pirate rub-on tattoos.
The design needs to be simple considering I have to make about 25 of these. Below you will see a photo that shows the other toppers I plan to use. I used Only Orange, Real Red, Brilliant Blue, & Glorious Green (all from the Bold Brights color family).
I then stamped the little treasure chest and parrot. I trimmed around the chest and punched the parrot out using the 1 1/4" circle punch.
If you click to enlarge the photos, you can see that I also decorated each piece of candy.
So... question of the day ... Am I crazy enough to make 25 of these? I think so.

Very cute! We made bags similar to this for my dd bday, and 3 kids, 11,7,4 helped fill the bags and put on the topper, assembly line style! It was fun and completed in about 20 minutes. Good luck!
